
I’m Katherine Miller — former therapist, mom of two, and the human behind Moving Mountains with KM.
I work with mom entrepreneurs who are capable, caring, and driven… and still feel overwhelmed, on edge, or disconnected from themselves more often than they’d like to admit. On the outside, it looks like you’re handling it. On the inside, it feels loud, heavy, or exhausting.
This work isn’t about fixing yourself or learning how to manage anxiety better. It’s about slowing down enough to feel what’s been buried, listening to what your body has been trying to tell you, and learning how to trust yourself again.
I know this path personally. For years, I lived in a constant state of anxiety and pressure — trying to hold everything together while building a business and raising a family. What finally changed things wasn’t more control or discipline. It was learning how to stop resisting what I was feeling and allowing myself to open up instead.
Not giving up.
Not checking out.
But actually listening.
That’s the foundation of my work now.
Blending my background in mental health with nervous system and somatic support, I’ve created a coaching approach that helps women move out of overwhelm and back into clarity, presence, and self-trust — in a way that fits real life.
