Hi there! I'm Katherine.

Over a decade ago, I walked through a season that changed everything: a divorce, starting a master’s program, becoming a single mom (a term I use loosely—I had incredible support along the way, which made all the difference in my healing), and living alone with that tiny human I created for the first time ever.

I held a lot—and looked “fine”—but inside, I was in survival mode. It took me years to learn how to regulate my nervous system, rebuild my foundation, and finally feel safe in my body again. Now I teach women what I wish I had then—so they can heal faster, more gently, and with tools that actually work in real life.

Because here’s what I know for sure: whether you’re raising babies or building empires (or both), your nervous system holds the key. A regulated woman is a ripple effect. When she feels grounded, her entire home, work, and world feel it.
